IBO Club is the members area every club needs and hardly any club has: plan dates, see who is coming, manage members and show photos – in one place, behind a login.
What makes it different: no database required. No phpMyAdmin, no credentials, no setup. Upload the folder, run the installer, done. Anyone who maintains a club website knows the difference.
Plan dates and know who is coming
- Date, meeting point, route, distance and a note for every event
- Type in the waypoints – the map is generated from them. No embed code from Google needed
- An "Open route" button starts the route straight in the navigation app
- Members state whether they are coming: coming, not coming, or no answer yet
- A reminder appears when a date draws near and someone has not answered
- Past dates move into the archive automatically
- Duplicate an event for recurring occasions
Members
- Accounts with profile picture, phone number and role
- Attendance statistics counted automatically – earlier events can be added in
- One click on a member opens WhatsApp – country code configurable
- Passwords stored encrypted, never in plain text
- The last administrator cannot be deleted by accident

On the public website
Two building blocks for your existing site, one line each:
- the next dates with date, route and photo
- a photo gallery from the public albums
Both visible without signing in, both in your accent colour. Internal albums never appear there.
Security
- Passwords encrypted with
password_hash - Data files cannot be reached through the browser
- Uploaded files are never executed as PHP
- Protection against forged form submissions on every change
- Throttling after five failed sign-in attempts
- Emergency password reset that locks itself after a single use
Technical
- PHP 7.4 or newer
- No database – data is stored in JSON files with file locking
- Runs without the mbstring and iconv extensions that cheap hosts often omit
- Full source code, unencrypted, no IonCube
- The folder name is up to you – the script finds its own path
